Your assessment will be 45 minutes long in which we will go through a detailed review of your health history, assess and treat you as well.

Treatments are booked on the half hour, however treatment is not based on time, but rather the changes that occur in the body. Each time we see you we will go through any changes since your last appointment, before you are re-assessed and treated.

If your insurance company is not listed here it is because they do not offer direct billing for Osteopathy. You are probably still covered, you would just have to pay upfront and submit the receipt yourself.
What to expect during your initial assessment?

We go through a thorough health history, making sure we know exactly what is going on in your body.

We speak about a treatment plan for you and set a time frame as to when we should see changes occur in your body from treatment.

All patients receive an osteopathic structural assessment by using a variety of range of motion testing to determine restriction in the body movement capabilities assessing your muscles, fascia and ligamentous tissues and identifying limiting and restricted areas.

We then restore motion in the body’s functional movement to help nerve, artery, blood and lymphatic flow throughout the body which leads to the body self-healing.

Osteopathic treatment should not be painful, we work with the body, not against it.
