Jacob Hotten Osteopathic Manual Practitioner

Jacob Hotten

Jacob has always led an active life, one that has included weightlifting, snowboarding and competitive paddling. Realizing at a young age that self care and nutrition play a huge role in being able to live life to its fullest. Jacob’s lifestyle and beliefs are what have compelled him to become a healthcare practitioner.

Jacob’s first accreditation was as an Occupational and Physio Assistant at Canadore College in North Bay, Ontario. Jacob gained rehabilitation experience while doing his placements in the physiotherapy clinic at the North Bay Regional Health Centre. This first course became a stepping stone into the healthcare field, a field that he was becoming enamored with.

After discovering the field of Osteopathy, Jacob decided to meet with a local practitioner for help with a chronic shoulder injury. After a few treatments, Jacob’s shoulder had improved. He was also given the opportunity to shadow the practitioner so that he could learn more about this field.

Jacob decided that Osteopathy was his calling. He has since obtained his Master’s Degree in the practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.

Jacob looks forward to assisting in the rehabilitation of those with afflictions so that they may lead a more fulfilling and healthy life.

Outside the office you can find Jacob playing golf, hiking and enjoying the outdoors.

Ariane Dionne Osteopathic Manual Practitioner

Ariane Dionne

Ariane has always been passionate about holistic health and well-being. Growing up and playing soccer into her 20’s has given her an understanding and passion for the body’s ability to function at an optimal level.

This active lifestyle led her to the University of Ottawa where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics. After completion of her undergraduate studies, Ariane began her Master’s Degree in the Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.

This program has given Ariane a true appreciation and a deeper understanding of anatomy, and how the body is able to self-heal by restoring its anatomical structure to its best structural self.

Ariane has always had great joy in helping others and she is dedicated to do all that she can for her patients.

Outside of the office, you can find Ariane outdoors enjoying hiking, golfing, camping and exploring the beautiful vistas around her.

Ariane also provides services in French.
